The plain-language summary

What you can do

Build identity into your products on top of Synq, with the plan tier you signed up for. Configure as many Brands as your plan allows. Enable any sign-in method we ship. Bring your own OAuth credentials. Theme freely.

What we ask

Don't resell the platform without a partner agreement. Don't use it to harm end-users. Don't attempt to probe the platform for vulnerabilities outside of our responsible-disclosure process (security@aerosol.so). Respect provider terms (Google, Apple, etc.) on top of ours.

Plan and billing

Pricing is per plan tier with monthly active users as the usage signal. Up-tiers take effect immediately; down-tiers take effect at the end of the billing period. End-users are always free; only businesses are billed.

Termination

You can leave at any time. Data export of your users is supported. Once you terminate, we will retain audit records for the legal minimum and delete the rest within 30 days unless you explicitly request otherwise.
